HQ Production Development and Investment Trading JSC, a leading enterprise in the asphalt industry, operates its main manufacturing facility in Nguyen Khe, Dong Anh, Hanoi. Nam Viet supplied the FO HZYJ16e burner along with auxiliary equipment for the gas valve system. The installation process was executed with strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The project was delivered on schedule, meeting all technical and operational requirements from the client.

The project was handed over on September 10, 2024. After commissioning, the HZYJ16e burner system achieved stable performance, meeting the designed capacity while reducing fuel consumption by approximately ten percent compared to the previous system. The burner also improved temperature control, shortened boiler start-up time, and increased overall production efficiency.
