Tailored Technical Solutions for Maximum Efficiency
Upon receiving the project brief, Nam Viet’s engineering team proposed two solutions: an electronically modulated burner and a mechanically modulated burner. After evaluating performance, investment cost, and long-term reliability, the mechanical modulation solution was selected as the most suitable balance between efficiency and budget.
Nam Viet provided the high-capacity burner system, including the gas valve assembly and auxiliary components, while also offering supervision, commissioning, and training services. All equipment met European safety and performance standards, ensuring durability and stable operation under demanding industrial conditions.

The project commenced in April 2024 and equipment was delivered on July 23, 2024, exactly on schedule. Following commissioning, the 30-ton-per-hour boiler system achieved excellent operational stability, with improved energy efficiency and reduced fuel consumption compared to initial estimates.
Thanks to seamless collaboration between Martech and Nam Viet, the system was successfully accepted and met all safety and environmental regulations. Its reliable performance enhanced productivity and reduced operating costs for Formosa’s production line.
