BRAHMA TC1SVCAF IGNITION TRANSFORMER
Brahma TC1SVCAF ignition transformer, 1x15 kV, 50% duty cycle and EMC filter; suitable for stable industrial gas and oil burner operation.
Product Introduction
Brahma TC1SVCAF Electronic Ignition Transformer is a single-pole electronic ignition transformer belonging to the TC....SF Series. The device is integrated with an EMC filter to reduce electromagnetic interference during operation. With a compact design, it uses a high-frequency electronic oscillator combined with a ferrite core transformer to generate high voltage for the ignition process, suitable for forced-draught gas burners, light oil burners, and heavy oil burners in residential and industrial applications.

Operating Principle
The Brahma TC1SVCAF Electronic Ignition Transformer operates based on a high-frequency electronic oscillator. The voltage generated by the oscillator is then increased through a ferrite core transformer to create a high-voltage output, supplying energy to the ignition electrode and generating a spark for burner flame ignition.
The electronic circuit and ferrite core transformer are encapsulated with a heat-conductive resin material, improving resistance to temperature variations and overload during operation. The integrated EMC filter helps reduce electromagnetic interference, making the device suitable for systems requiring noise control during operation.
