Operating Principle
The TC1SVCS ignition transformer operates based on a high-frequency electronic oscillator. The voltage generated by the oscillator is then increased through a ferrite-core transformer to create a high-voltage output, supplying energy to the ignition electrode and generating the spark required for burner flame ignition.
The electronic circuit and ferrite-core transformer are encapsulated with a thermally conductive resin, improving resistance to temperature variations and overload conditions during extended operation. The integrated varistor provides protection against voltage surges that may occur on the power supply.
