Operating Principle
The TCD2FA ignition transformer operates using a high-frequency electronic oscillator. The voltage generated by the oscillator is stepped up through a ferrite-core transformer to produce high voltage at the two outputs, supplying the ignition power required by the burner electrode system.
This electronic design allows the TCD series to maintain compact dimensions and low weight while providing high ignition power. The electronic circuit and ferrite-core transformer are embedded in a special resin with high thermal conductivity, helping improve resistance to temperature variations and overload during operation.

Dimensions and Installation
The TCD series features compact overall dimensions, with maximum dimensions of approximately 87.1 × 65.1 × 40.5 mm. The oval mounting holes allow the fixing distance to be adjusted between 57.6 and 63.2 mm, and M4 or M5 screws can be used to secure the device.
The device can be mounted in any position. During installation, proper grounding must be ensured, high-voltage cables should not be routed next to other cables, and a protection degree suitable for the application should be provided.
